Supernaturally
Release Date: July 26, 2011

Life's never fair when fairies are involved.

Evie finally has the normal life she’s always longed for. But she’s shocked to discover that being ordinary can be . . . kind of boring. Just when Evie starts to long for her days at the International Paranormal Containment Agency, she’s given a chance to work for them again. Desperate for a break from all the normalcy, she agrees.

But as one disastrous mission leads to another, Evie starts to wonder if she made the right choice. And when Evie’s faerie ex-boyfriend Reth appears with devastating revelations about her past, she discovers that there’s a battle brewing between the faerie courts that could throw the whole supernatural world into chaos. The prize in question? Evie herself.

So much for normal.

Supernaturally is the second book in Kiersten White's Paranormalcy trilogy.

Read the first 70 pages of Supernaturally.

While Kiersten was editing Supernaturally she twittered several quotes from the book. Unfortunatelly, twitter won't let me go back further in Kiersten's twittering then August 13, but I still managed to get:

"The lights flashed back on to reveal my entire body covered by a writhing mass of black widows. 'Oh, piss off', I snapped." Aug 16

Later on, Kiersten continued to tease us with Supernaturally tidbits a little now and then:

"Why would I ever want a lusty tree nymph when I could have a hyperventilating Evie?" (quote) Jan 6

"I've had this next scene planned for a year now. There will be much cackling and evil laughter as I rip Evie's life to shreds." Jan 15 (About Para #3)
"Although I guess I should say "rip Evie's life to shreds again," given what happens in Supernaturally." Jan 15

"Okay. I give you the first line of Supernaturally: "Oh, bleep. I was going to die."" Jan 20
"Other trivia about Supernaturally: It is dedicated to four people and has the longest, silliest acknowledgments section ever." Jan 20
"Just like Paranormalcy, there are no chapter numbers, just chapter titles. The first of which? "Out of the Blue."" Jan 20
"Okay, first is Chapter Seven: Ex Marks the Spot" Jan 20
"And Chapter Twenty-five: Uber-bleep" Jan 20

She has also mentioned that there will be scenes set in Sweden during the second book:

"In fact, I have several creatures from Scandinavian folklore in the series--and scenes set in Sweden!" Aug 5
"The scenes set in Sweden aren't until the second book" Aug 5
